Leadership Retreat and Coaching Services

The government authority located in Boston, Massachusetts is seeking high-quality diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging facilitation and training. The agency is trying to continue building a culture of belonging, transparency, and equity, while deepening its organizational capacity to lead inclusively and measure progress meaningfully. The project covers preparing for and facilitating one retreat for a leadership team of fifty attendees to focus on concepts and principles. The selected vendor must also provide follow-up coaching to the fifteen individuals on the executive team. This coaching will cover communication strategies, inclusive supervision practices, and hybrid and remote belonging-building strategies. Additionally, the agency requires the development of surveys to measure the effectiveness of both the leadership retreat and the follow-up coaching. Only organizations based onshore in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The agency requires all performance of the work to take place offsite. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or online, and the agency is looking for bidders to propose the budget. The contract period will run for two years.
