Keynote Presentation Speakers Service

The Texas government authority is seeking a vendor to provide keynote presentation speakers service for three upcoming conferences. The agency needs a speaker who can deliver inspiring, motivational stories about how early education experiences shaped their personal or professional life, while encouraging perseverance and professional development within the early education field. The selected speaker must also address the topic of working with families and children in high-risk situations. The scope of work requires the speaker to deliver a presentation lasting between 45 and 60 minutes at each of the three scheduled conferences. The agency will record these presentations for record retention purposes. The speaker must possess the ability to make their own travel arrangements to ensure on-time delivery at all three events. The three required conference dates are January 13-15, 2027, July 12-14, 2027, and August 04-06, 2027. Performance of the work will take place onsite at the designated conference locations. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 18, 2026. Eligibility is restricted to onshore USA organizations only. Bidders must specify speaker fees that are fully inclusive of all travel and associated expenses. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget for this service.
