Student Support Contracted Services

The Tacoma School District in Tacoma, Washington requires student support contracted services to assist with special education needs on an as-needed basis. The agency is seeking qualified personnel to deliver special education and related aids, maintain detailed therapy logs, and submit these logs alongside invoices. Selected providers must attend meetings, submit individual student reports, and assist with or complete individual evaluation plans and progress reports. The scope of work covers consulting with school staff, completing evaluations and Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) on the IEP online system, and assisting staff with student progress reports. Providers must also assist school staff with equipment orders, foster collaborative relationships on school campuses, and handle Medicaid billing for each assigned student. All services must be performed onsite at the agency locations in Tacoma. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget and will award a contract for a three-year period.
