High Impact Instructional Strategies and Coaching Supports Service

The Wake County Public School System, located in Raleigh, North Carolina, is seeking a vendor to provide high-impact instructional strategies and coaching professional learning and supports. This initiative targets central service staff members in Title I, English as a Second Language, and advanced learning services. The agency aims to implement cooperative learning frameworks that ensure positive interdependence, individual accountability, and equal participation among students. The requested scope of work includes delivering strategies for managing cognitive load, spacing learning, utilizing formative retrieval practices, and creating emotionally safe learning environments. The selected provider must deliver targeted professional learning and coaching frameworks specifically tailored for Central Service Staff members who support specialized student populations. Additionally, the project requires job-embedded side-by-side coaching, feedback loops, calibration sessions, and training on how to effectively coach adult learners, analyze data, and support school-based staff. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency allows the performance of the work to be conducted either onsite or offsite. The contract period will span one year, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget.
