Fire, Rescue Emergency Medical Services Career and Technical Education Instructional Services

The Agua Fria Union High School District in Avondale, Arizona, is seeking a qualified vendor to provide fire, rescue, and emergency medical services career and technical education instructional services. The district requires industry-aligned instruction designed to support workforce readiness, certification preparation, and career pathway development in fire, rescue, emergency medical services, and related public safety fields. This initiative aims to prepare students for cognitive and psychomotor certification examinations through comprehensive classroom, laboratory, skills-based, and scenario-based training. The scope of work covers fire and rescue instructional training, basic life support instruction, and National Incident Management System coursework. The selected provider must perform student skills assessment and evaluation, as well as handle all program reporting and documentation. All instructional services will be performed offsite from the district locations. Only organizations based in the United States are eligible to submit proposals for this opportunity. The district is seeking budget proposals from bidders to determine the cost of these services. The resulting contract will cover a performance period of one year.
