RFI for SAP S/4HANA Process Intelligence and Business Process Management Platform

The issuing agency is seeking information for an SAP S/4HANA process intelligence and business process management platform. The agency needs a business model mapping product relevant to an SAP S/4 upgrade to discover and document current-state ECC business processes through transaction-log-based process mining or automated process discovery. This platform must identify process inefficiencies, bottlenecks, rework loops, and process variants while supporting process approval workflows and governance controls. The requested scope of work requires the platform to support collaboration, commenting, shared review of process artifacts, and accessibility standards. The agency also requires tools for monitoring and identifying regulatory gaps, automating controls, and providing live technical support or helpdesk services. Additionally, the selected provider must deliver documentation regarding software updates, maintenance schedules, and upgrade practices. Eligible respondents must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency requires the performance of all work to be conducted offsite.
