Field Support Services

The Suwannee River Water Management District in Live Oak, Florida is seeking a vendor to provide technical and administrative field support services for its agricultural water use data collection responsibilities. The selected consultant will conduct flow measurements on agricultural irrigation systems and perform subsequent data entry and reporting of the results. To resolve the agency's need for comprehensive monitoring, the vendor must provide all necessary equipment, vehicles, and personnel required to safely access and measure these irrigation systems. The scope of work covers flow monitoring at agricultural irrigation systems and administrative support for monitoring and agricultural cost-share programs. The agency requires the consultant to utilize a GPS-enabled iPad, iPhone, or equivalent Android device with active internet service to enter field data electronically through the district's Go Canvas platform. Only organizations based in the United States are eligible to apply for this contract, and the performance of the work will take place offsite. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget for this project. Interested bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 17, 2026.
