Rodent Control Program Services

The City of Sterling Heights, Michigan, requires a licensed pest and rodent control contractor to manage its ongoing rodent control program. The city currently maintains approximately 250 properties with rodent bait stations that require monthly servicing. To address ongoing pest management needs, the selected contractor must install an estimated 75 new stations and remove approximately 50 existing stations on an annual basis. The scope of work requires the contractor to furnish all labor, materials, bait stations, bait, seals, tools, equipment, accessories, and transportation necessary to perform the services. All performance of the work will take place offsite at the designated properties within the city. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The city is seeking proposals to determine the budget for this contract. Bidders must submit any questions regarding this opportunity no later than July 2, 2026.
