Fleet Data Systems Fuel Management Systems

The County is seeking a contractor to provide fleet data systems fuel management systems, including a maintenance and support contract. This contract must cover telephone support, firmware updates, and system enhancements. The agency requires technically qualified personnel to be available for telephone requests and hotline assistance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. The scope of work requires the contractor to perform all tasks offsite at their own office location. For any necessary on-site visits, the contractor must cover all incurred travel expenses. In response to repair service calls or warranty claims, the contractor must arrive at the County fueling sites within 24 hours of receiving the call and complete the repair within 48 to 72 hours after parts are delivered. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. Bidders must supply a parts price list catalog, CD, DVD, or website with their bid response, from which a percentage discount will be applied. The agency is currently looking for proposals to establish the budget and has not disclosed specific key dates.
