Polymer Activation System

The Westchester County government authority located in White Plains, New York is seeking a vendor to provide a polymer activation system. The agency requires a system featuring a patented UGSI mixing chamber with a brass impeller and one-inch PVC piping designed for six hundred gallons per hour of flow. Additional specifications include a three-quarter-inch PVC diaphragm check valve, stainless steel flowmeters rated for five gallons per minute, and a five-gallon-per-hour progressive cavity pump with a mechanical seal, a 316 stainless steel rotor, and a Viton stator. The system must also include half-inch PVC piping for the progressive cavity polymer pump. The agency is limiting eligibility to onshore United States organizations only. The selected vendor must perform all work offsite. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget and has not disclosed a specific funding limit or key dates in the initial solicitation.
