The issuing agency is seeking Software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions for seniority calculation and reporting, as well as long-term disability (LTD) claims administration and reporting. The agency requires project delivery services to support the implementation of one or both of these solutions, followed by post-implementation maintenance and support. The selected provider must design, configure, integrate, deploy, and maintain the systems while providing ongoing operational services. Eligible bidders must be Canadian organizations.
