The Minnesota government authority is seeking a vendor to provide medical supplies and comprehensive account management for the agency and its members. The agency needs to solve challenges related to inventory control, stock outages, manufacturer backorders, and shifting product demands. The selected partner must ensure contracted items are constantly available, maintain accurate pricing, manage product transitions, and monitor expiration dates. The agency requires delivery services encompassing routine shipments, drop-shipments, special products, bulk items, and emergency orders. Additionally, the vendor must maintain Drug Supply Chain Security Act compliance, manage accurate invoicing, process returns and recalls, and provide onboarding support for facility implementations. The project also includes equipment installation, repair, calibration, and value-added services such as third-party logistics, strategic storage, and white-glove delivery. Bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States and must perform all work offsite at their own office locations. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget and has set the deadline for all questions for June 30, 2026.
