Tow Rotation Program for Vehicle Towing Services

The City of Elk Grove Police Department in California is seeking vendors to establish a tow rotation program for vehicle towing services. The agency requires on-call, 24-hour, seven-days-per-week towing and storage services to manage vehicles under its jurisdiction. This program will ensure rapid response times and secure vehicle storage within the agency limits to maintain public safety and traffic flow. The scope of work requires the selected operators to respond to towing requests within 30 minutes of receiving a call from the police department. Operators must provide a designated storage facility located within the Elk Grove agency limits. Additionally, the service providers must maintain 24-hour access to the storage facility for vehicle retrieval by keeping a staff member on-site or on-call. Eligible participants must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The performance of all towing and storage work must occur onsite within the designated local service area.
