Campus Shuttle Services

The government authority located in Seattle, Washington is seeking a vendor to provide NightRide campus shuttle services for its students, staff, and faculty. The agency is trying to solve the problem of providing safe and reliable nighttime transportation during the academic year, specifically covering the Autumn, Winter, and Spring quarters. Service must operate Monday through Friday, beginning no later than 8:00 p.m. and running until at least 1:30 a.m. The scope of work requires the shuttle service to extend operations until at least 3:30 a.m. during the week preceding and the week of final exams for each academic quarter. The agency requires all vehicles to be in good operating condition with clean, comfortable, and safe interiors. Performance of this work must take place onsite in Seattle, Washington. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget and will award a contract with a performance period of two years.
