A government authority located in Sandston, Virginia is seeking a contractor to provide statewide courier services. The agency requires the transport of various types and sizes of construction and maintenance materials. The selected contractor must pick up materials from designated sending locations and deliver them to designated receiving locations during normal business hours between 8:00 AM and 3:30 PM.
