The San Luis Obispo County government authority is seeking a vendor to provide functional family therapy services to youth aged eleven to eighteen who are experiencing behavioral or emotional problems and are involved with or referred by county systems. The agency requires a provider to implement all aspects of the Functional Family Therapy program, which includes handling staffing, training, supervision, and fidelity monitoring. The selected provider must deliver these services in coordination with families at convenient times and locations, including evenings and weekends. The scope of work covers twelve to fourteen sessions conducted over approximately three to five months, with a requirement of weekly face-to-face sessions lasting a minimum of one and a half hours each. The provider must conduct family-based assessments of relational dynamics and risk or protective factors, utilize engagement and motivation strategies, and deliver family therapy interventions to improve communication and functioning. Additionally, the agency requires the provider to allocate time for collateral contacts and case planning, collect and maintain data on participants and outcomes, and submit monthly reports detailing service hours and expenditures per family. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency will allow the performance of this work to occur offsite. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or online, and the agency is currently looking for proposal submissions to determine the budget.
