Mental Health Services

The San Luis Obispo County government authority in California is seeking a vendor to provide mental health services for youth clients. The targeted youth are involved in, or are at risk of being involved in, the juvenile justice, child welfare, and behavioral health systems. The agency requires the delivery of Multisystemic Therapy, which is an intensive, evidence-based, family-focused, and community-focused treatment model. The services must address serious externalizing, antisocial, and delinquent behaviors in youth between twelve and seventeen years of age who are at risk of system consequences. The scope of work covers comprehensive assessments of youth, family, and environmental factors, as well as family therapy to improve communication, parenting skills, and supervision. The selected provider must also deliver crisis intervention, safety planning, coordination with schools and probation officers, and discharge plan development. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency allows the performance of the work to occur offsite. Bidders must submit proposals digitally via email or online, and the agency is currently looking for proposal submissions to determine the budget.
