RFI for Pharmacy Services

The Indiana-based government authority is seeking information on pharmacy services to support its mission of maintaining public safety and providing constitutionally required healthcare in a secure environment. The agency requires service models suitable for statewide correctional operations, including central-fill, remote dispensing, or hybrid approaches. These services must support both adult and juvenile populations requiring medical, psychiatric, substance use, and chronic disease care in compliance with all applicable standards and regulations. The requested scope of work covers packaging solutions designed for medication passes, restricted movements, and cell-side administration. The agency is also looking for clinical pharmacy services, polypharmacy reviews and management, and telepharmacy options for remote consultation or coverage. Additionally, the desired services must support electronic prescribing and secure communication channels. Eligible respondents must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The performance of the work may occur either onsite or offsite. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine budget and pricing structures. All questions regarding this request for information must be submitted no later than June 15, 2026.
