Revitalization Program Service

The Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive revitalization program services for its facilities in Washington, DC. The agency requires a partner to handle the design and construction of terminal buildings, passenger conveyance systems, new cargo facilities, parking and roadway infrastructure, and a consolidated rental car facility. The scope of work also encompasses real estate and non-aeronautical development, including a hotel, conference and entertainment space, and other ground transportation facilities. To achieve a fully enhanced and operational passenger terminal complex, the project covers several critical terminal enhancements. The selected vendor must execute a main terminal transformation and expansion, develop terminal gates, and perform a processor expansion. Additionally, the work includes constructing a terminal connector to Concourse A, redeveloping Concourse A, and replacing the regional gates concourse. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to compete for this opportunity. The agency requires the performance of all work to take place offsite. Bidders must submit a complete proposal including their budget and pricing structure, as the agency is currently looking for proposals to define the financial parameters of the contract.
