Asphalt and Concrete Maintenance Services

The Orange County Water District is seeking a contractor to provide asphalt and concrete maintenance and replacement services in Santa Ana, California. The agency needs to address deteriorated pavement, potholes, and low spots on public trails, paths, driveways, and parking lots located on its facilities and land. The requested scope of work includes removing and replacing isolated pavement areas, filling potholes, patching, paving, grinding and overlaying, slurry coating, crack sealing, fog sealing, curb installation, and striping. Only United States organizations are eligible to submit proposals for this opportunity. The selected contractor must perform all maintenance and replacement work onsite at the designated agency facilities. The agency is currently looking for proposals to establish the budget and pricing for these services. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this procurement no later than June 26, 2026.
