Landscape Design Consultant Services

The Chester County Conservation District in West Chester, Pennsylvania is seeking a landscape design consultant to support its new County-wide Catch the Rain program. The agency needs a qualified professional to assist property owners with stormwater management and conservation practices on their lands. Eligible project types under this initiative include rain gardens, conservation landscape plantings, canopy tree plantings, impervious paving removal, and pervious paving retrofits. The selected consultant must conduct twenty to thirty one-on-one site visits with local property owners to assess their properties and recommend appropriate conservation designs. All performance of the contract work must occur onsite at the designated properties within the local jurisdiction. The agency is limiting eligibility for this opportunity to organizations based within the United States. The agency is establishing a contract period that will span four years from the date of award. Prospective bidders must submit any questions regarding the project requirements no later than June 24, 2026. The agency has not disclosed a set budget and is requesting detailed cost proposals from interested parties to evaluate the financial feasibility of the submissions.
