The City of Sisters, Oregon, is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive design services for a reservoir project. The agency requires these services to manage the project, assess existing conditions, and complete the necessary engineering and hydraulic analysis. This initiative aims to integrate a new reservoir into the existing municipal water system effectively. The scope of work spans five distinct tasks, beginning with project management to conduct a kick-off meeting and provide monthly progress reports. The selected contractor must collect data and assess existing conditions using the 2023 Water Master Plan, hydraulic models, and system studies. Additionally, the project covers site investigations including topographic surveys and utility locates, followed by the design of the reservoir size, structure, roof, foundation, inlet/outlet piping, and overflow system. Finally, the agency requires a hydraulic analysis to evaluate system integration and perform hydraulic modeling. Eligible bidders must be onshore United States organizations. The agency requires the performance of the work to be completed onsite in Sisters, Oregon. Bidders must submit any questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 23, 2026.
