EMT Training Service

The Chariho Regional School District, located in Wood River Junction, Rhode Island, is seeking a qualified vendor to provide Emergency Medical Technician training services. The agency requires a partner to manage the day-to-day operations of the training programs, which must span a minimum of 180 hours. This initiative aims to deliver comprehensive instruction, student support, and program oversight to prepare students for emergency medical service careers. The selected provider will oversee student orientation, assign instructors, administer student quizzes and exams, and manage a quality assurance program. The scope of work also includes providing all necessary training equipment for skills laboratories and resolving student conflicts. Additionally, the agency requires the provider to help schedule clinical time for students and offer supplementary health certifications to students in Career and Technical Center programs outside of health careers. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency will give preference to vendors possessing post-secondary education accreditation. All contracted training services will be performed offsite, away from the agency's physical location. The agency is currently looking for proposals to establish the budget and cost structure for this service.
