Leadership and Personal Development Courses Services

The government authority located in Quebec is seeking a vendor to provide leadership and personal development courses services. The agency needs to build leadership competencies for executives and aspiring leaders to help them perform efficiently and effectively in current or future leadership positions. These courses must target individual employees or groups of employees. The scope of work covers two distinct categories of courses. The first category consists of leadership and personal development courses without embedded psychometric or personality assessments, which must be delivered in either English or French with a focus on developing leadership capabilities in executive roles. The second category includes leadership and personal development courses that feature an embedded psychometric or personality assessment as part of the course structure. For this second category, the agency requires the provider to accommodate learners who cannot or do not wish to complete the assessment, allowing them to discuss alternative participation options directly with the provider. Eligible bidders must be onshore entities located in Canada only. The agency requires the performance of the work to take place onsite. Bidders must submit their responses digitally via email or online, and the agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget.
