The County of San Luis Obispo, California, is seeking a vendor to provide Multisystemic Therapy (MST) services to youth clients who are involved in, or are at risk of being involved in, the juvenile justice, child welfare, and behavioral health systems. The agency is attempting to address serious externalizing, antisocial, and delinquent behaviors in youth between twelve and seventeen years of age who are at risk of system consequences. Through this program, the buyer aims to reduce criminal activity, improve family functioning, decrease out-of-home placements, and support long-term positive outcomes. The requested scope of work covers a comprehensive assessment of youth, family, and environmental factors. The selected vendor must deliver family therapy to improve communication, parenting skills, and supervision, as well as crisis intervention and safety planning. The agency requires the performance of this work to be conducted offsite. Eligibility is limited to onshore organizations based in the United States of America. The agency has not disclosed a specific budget and is looking for cost proposals from bidders. Questions regarding this opportunity must be submitted to the agency no later than July 1, 2026.
