The scope of work requires an online ordering system that supports order placement, confirmation, and tracking, alongside the ability to audit non-core purchases from the catalog. The provider must manage delivery logistics, including routine deliveries, drop-shipments, special products, bulk items, and emergency orders. Additionally, the vendor must maintain Drug Supply Chain Security Act compliance, ensure contract compliance, invoice members accurately, and process related vendor chargebacks. The agency also requires onboarding support for facility implementations, equipment installation, repair, calibration, and other value-added services such as third-party logistics or strategic storage. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based solely in the United States. The provider must perform all work offsite at the vendor's own office location.
