Revitalization Program Service

The Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive revitalization program services for its facilities in Washington, DC. The agency requires these services to transform and expand its airport infrastructure into a fully enhanced and operational passenger terminal complex. This initiative aims to modernize the airport's footprint, improve passenger flow, and maximize both aeronautical and non-aeronautical land use. The scope of work covers the design and construction of terminal buildings, passenger conveyance systems, new cargo facilities, and parking and roadway infrastructure. The project also encompasses the development of a hotel, conference and entertainment spaces, a consolidated rental car facility, other real estate and non-aeronautical developments, and ground transportation facilities. Specific terminal enhancements include a main terminal transformation and expansion, terminal gates, processor expansion, a terminal connector to Concourse A, Concourse A redevelopment, and a regional gates concourse replacement. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The selected contractor must perform all work offsite. The agency has not disclosed a specific budget and is currently looking for proposals to determine the cost of the project.
