Landscape Design Consultant Services

The Chester County Conservation District in West Chester, Pennsylvania is seeking a landscape design consultant to support its new County-wide Catch the Rain program. The agency needs a qualified professional to assist property owners with stormwater management and conservation practices on their lands. The selected consultant will conduct twenty to thirty one-on-one site visits with property owners to assess eligible project types. The scope of work covers design and consultation for rain gardens, conservation landscape plantings, canopy tree plantings, and impervious paving removal with pervious paving retrofits. The agency is establishing a contract period that will run for four years. Performance of all consulting work and site visits must take place onsite in Chester County. Eligible bidders must be organizations based onshore within the United States. The agency has not disclosed a set budget and is requesting cost proposals from interested bidders to evaluate pricing. All questions regarding this opportunity must be submitted to the agency no later than June 24, 2026.
