The government authority located in Los Angeles, California is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive accounting services. The agency needs to reconcile governmental fund balances as reported in fiscal to the corresponding balances, and the selected vendor must identify, support, and document all necessary adjusting journal entries required to effect the conversion. Additionally, the project requires presenting final adjusted governmental fund balances, preparing conversion entries for financial reporting, and providing general accounting advice as needed. The agency also requires accounting guidance and advice on routine and complex governmental accounting transactions, journal entries, year-end adjusting entries, and accruals.
