Annual Audit Services

The government authority located in Fort Walton Beach, Florida is seeking a qualified vendor to provide annual audit services. The agency needs to ensure its financial practices comply with generally accepted auditing standards and standards for fiscal audits. This initiative will cover audits for the fiscal years ending June 30, 2026, June 30, 2027, and June 30, 2028. The scope of work requires the performance of annual audits, including the preparation of annual financial statements and any supplementary data within the audit scope. The selected auditor must also conduct a study and evaluation of the agency's system of internal accounting control. Work may be performed either onsite or offsite depending on project requirements. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget for this initiative. The resulting contract period will be for one year. The agency requires the fiscal year 2026 audit to be performed and the final report issued prior to November 30, 2026.
