Investment Management Services

The City of Cincinnati, Ohio, is seeking a vendor to provide investment management services for a separate investment portfolio within the City's general investment portfolio. The agency expects the amount of assets under management to increase as current City investments mature and the City Treasurer determines that the funds are not immediately needed to meet operating cash requirements. Additionally, the selected vendor must provide investment consulting services to the City Treasurer, who maintains responsibility for managing the remainder of the City’s investment portfolio. The vendor must also work with the City’s Investment Consultant to ensure specific targets and goals are maintained. The agency requires all performance of the work to be conducted offsite. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to submit proposals for this opportunity. The agency is looking for budget proposals from bidders to establish the cost of these services. The contract period will span three years. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 30, 2026.
