Campus Shuttle Services

The government authority in Seattle, Washington requires a vendor to provide NightRide campus shuttle services for students, staff, and faculty. The agency is seeking to solve the transportation and safety needs of its campus community during late-night hours. The project covers shuttle operations Monday through Friday during the Autumn, Winter, and Spring quarters of the academic year. The requested scope of work specifies that service must begin no later than 8:00 p.m. and operate until at least 1:30 a.m. During the week preceding and the week of finals for each academic quarter, the service must extend until at least 3:30 a.m. The agency requires all shuttle vehicles to be in good operating condition with clean, comfortable, and safe interiors. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The selected vendor must perform all work onsite at the Seattle, Washington campus. The agency is establishing a contract period of two years and is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 26, 2026.
