EMT Training Service

The Chariho Regional School District, located in Wood River Junction, Rhode Island, is seeking a qualified vendor to provide Emergency Medical Technician training services. This initiative aims to deliver comprehensive EMT training programs to students, ensuring high-quality instruction and operational oversight. The selected provider will manage the day-to-day operations of the training programs, which must encompass a minimum of one hundred eighty hours of instruction. The scope of work requires the provider to manage student orientation, assign instructors, and administer student quizzes and exams. Additionally, the provider must supply all necessary training equipment for skills labs, establish a quality assurance program, resolve conflicts, and assist in scheduling clinical time for students. The agency also requires the provider to offer additional health certifications to students in Career and Technical Center programs outside of the standard health careers track. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based entirely within the United States. The agency will give preference to bidders possessing post-secondary education accreditation. All training services and performance of the work will take place offsite. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget and financial structure of the contract.
