Cloud-Based Enterprise Translation Management System

The agency is seeking a cloud-based, multi-tenant Software as a Service enterprise Translation Management System to support multilingual content creation, translation, localization, post-editing, and proofing. This platform must solve the challenge of manual coordination by utilizing workflow automation and human experts to ensure compliance, allowing the translation coordinator to focus on larger, specialized projects. The requested system must integrate with Drupal, provide automatic website translation, and feature an order management portal that generates cost estimates to support internal billing and chargebacks. The scope of work covers a platform with unlimited languages, variants, projects, users, and workspaces, alongside customizable workspaces with unique permissions for internal teams, partners, and vendors. The system must include real-time translation memory updates, automated quality assurance checks for linguistics, formatting, and style, as well as transcription and optical character recognition capabilities for multimedia. Built-in access to human vendors, including linguists, freelancers, and agencies, is required, with the ability to assign tasks by skillset, language pair, domain, or availability. The agency requires real-time dashboards, detailed reporting, Single Sign-On, and user provisioning via SAML. Eligible bidders must be onshore United States organizations, and the performance of all work will take place offsite.
