RFI for Data Bridge Software Maintenance Service

The Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Integrated Service Network 7 is seeking information to identify sources for Clinical Information Systems Databridge Suite Hospital License Software Subscription Maintenance and Support. The agency requires software maintenance, bug fixes, upgrades, customer support, troubleshooting, and repairs for all DataBridge Suite software and interfaces. This includes the Vista integrated DataBridge Suite software subscription maintenance and support with twenty-four hour, seven days a week coverage. The agency is limiting eligibility to onshore organizations based in the United States of America. The selected contractor will perform all work offsite. The agency is currently looking for proposals to establish budget expectations and project feasibility.
