Automated Multi-Space and Services

The City and County of Honolulu, Hawaii, is seeking a vendor to provide automated multi-space parking pay station machines and associated services. The agency requires automated parking payment machines capable of selling parking time through various rate calculation methods and accepting multiple payment methods. The system must support pay-and-display, pay-by-space, and pay-by-license-plate modes of operation. The requested technology must provide a signal pulse to raise a gate arm for vehicle entry upon completion of the charged rate. The machines must function fully in both standalone, single-unit operations and in multi-unit, networked environments that report to an offsite central database.
