Dressing and Conference Rooms Casework Services

The Village of Schaumburg, Illinois, requires a contractor to provide and install custom dressing and conference room casework services. The agency is seeking to upgrade its facilities with specific floating countertops, shelving, and wall-mounted casework. The selected contractor must perform all installation work onsite at the government facility in Schaumburg. The scope of work requires furnishing and installing a seventeen-foot, eleven and seven-eighths-inch wide by two-foot deep floating solid surface countertop featuring a backsplash, side splash, and heavy-duty steel cantilever brackets. The agency also requires an eighteen-foot wide by two-foot deep floating solid surface countertop with identical splash guards and bracket specifications. Additionally, the project includes a six-foot, four-inch wide by eighteen-inch deep wall-mounted shelf with a fixed hanging rod and necessary center support brackets to prevent deflection. The contractor must also furnish and install a five-foot, eleven and three-eighths-inch wide by twenty-four-inch deep wall-mounted casework station. This station must support a solid surface countertop with a backsplash and side splash, and it must feature an integrated angled high-pressure laminate enclosure with a removable access panel. The station also requires undermount vitreous China rectangular sinks and single-hole faucets. Eligibility is limited to onshore contractors located within the United States.
