Genomics Information Management System License Renewal, Support and Modernization Service

The agency is seeking a contractor to provide a genomics information management system license renewal, support, and modernization service. This project addresses the need for Scientific Laboratory Information Management System (SLIMS) license keys, extra server license keys, and engineering integration support for the agency program. The required software licenses must include laboratory information management system (LIMS), electronic lab notebook (ELN), and electronic laboratory environment (ELS) applications. The scope of work covers configuration for onsite, cloud, and large-entity level use within microbial regulatory environments. The requested system must support workflow and centralized data management, sample and compliance tracking under ISO/GAMP5 standards, audit trails, and 21 CFR Part 11 compliant electronic signatures. Additionally, the system must integrate with sequencing, robotics, and quality assurance/control processes, while offering scalable named user, concurrent, and server licensing. The contractor must provide helpdesk support, training documentation, single sign-on (SSO) and multi-factor authentication (MFA), and meet all agency IT security requirements. The system must also feature application programming interface (API) access and the capability to handle and ingest large data files. Performance of all work under this contract will take place offsite. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States of America. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally either via email or through the designated online portal. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget and has not disclosed a specific funding limit or key procurement dates in the initial solicitation.
