Increase User License Service

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide an increase user license service. This project requires upgrading the additional user licenses for ReACT and increasing the user license count to all users for Entra. The agency is trying to solve the problem of insufficient license capacity for its user base across these platforms. The scope of work covers the performance of these licensing services entirely offsite. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget for this initiative. All questions regarding this opportunity must be submitted no later than June 19, 2026. The agency will evaluate proposals based on the submitted bids to fulfill the licensing upgrade requirements.
