The agency is seeking a comprehensive, evidence-based nursing education and NCLEX preparation platform that integrates curriculum, assessment, clinical application, remediation, and licensure preparation into a unified system. This solution must support nursing students from program entry through graduation and licensure readiness, while equipping faculty with tools for instruction, analytics, and intervention. The agency needs to solve the challenge of tracking student engagement, identifying at-risk students early, and supporting retention efforts throughout the academic lifecycle. The requested scope of work covers an interactive online textbook system, dosage calculation and safe medication administration modules, and student, cohort, and program-level reporting. The platform must feature an end-of-program exam that provides an individualized probability of passing the NCLEX on the first attempt, alongside a proctored tool to measure baseline and end-of-program critical thinking growth. Additionally, the system must identify student learning styles, predict performance on mastery assessments, and generate accreditation-ready reporting outputs. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based solely in the United States. The agency requires the performance of all work to be conducted offsite.
