Defense Travel System

The Department of the Army is seeking a vendor to provide Defense Travel System administration and technical support. The agency needs to maintain unimpeded travel document flow and requires proactive updates to routing personnel, permissions, and organizational hierarchies in response to staff changes, deployments, or reassignments. The selected partner must provide technical management of the automated document approval systems and routing lists to solve these administrative challenges. The scope of work covers the development of technical reports, executive briefings, and training materials required for G8 oversight and user education. The agency requires advanced functional proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and associated Army financial reporting tools to execute these tasks. Performance of all requested work will take place offsite. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States of America. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget for this initiative. Bidders must submit their responses digitally via email or through the designated online portal.
