Mobile Walls Services

The Trinity River Authority of Texas in Euless, Texas is seeking a vendor to provide mobile walls services. The agency needs to replace its existing operable wall systems to maintain functional, high-quality partitioned spaces. The project requires the removal and disposal of three existing operable wall systems while protecting all surrounding areas from damage. The scope of work covers the installation of three new operable partition wall systems, including attaching hangers to structural steel and configuring tracks and trolleys. The selected vendor must install and adjust the wall panels, conduct a final walkthrough with testing, and train agency staff on system operation. All provided materials must be new, commercial-grade, and suitable for high-traffic environments, with workmanship meeting or exceeding industry standards. The vendor must maintain a safe work site, perform daily cleanups, and protect adjacent areas from dust and damage. Eligible bidders must be onshore United States organizations. The agency is requesting proposals to determine the budget for this project. Although the physical installation occurs at the Euless facility, the agency classifies the performance of the work as offsite.
