Directory and Scheduling Platform

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide a directory and scheduling platform that enables patients to receive real-time, accurate provider availability. The agency needs to solve the challenge of patient navigation by incorporating artificial intelligence to help patients easily search the directory and identify the most suitable care options based on their needs and location. The project covers the implementation of a statewide scheduling platform designed and developed specifically to meet the needs of rural clinics, hospitals, payers, and other participating organizations. The scope of work requires a user-friendly, public-facing patient access interface that allows patients to view real-time provider availability across hospital-based clinicians, Federally Qualified Health Centers, and private practices. The requested platform must support booking for in-person, telehealth, and in-home options. The underlying infrastructure must support secure, real-time data exchange, including provider schedules, patient information, and analytics for tracking access and outcomes. Bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency requires the performance of the work to be conducted offsite. Bidders must submit their responses digitally via email or online, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget.
