Additionally, the agency requires the vendor to execute and manage service contracts for extermination, snow removal, groundskeeping, and both routine and extraordinary capital maintenance, while also handling all employment-related tax and legal filings. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency permits the performance of the administrative and management work to be conducted offsite.
