Painting Services

The government authority located in Florida is seeking a contractor to provide interior and exterior painting services on an as-needed basis at its owned or operated facilities and structures. The agency is trying to maintain its physical infrastructure by securing a reliable partner for ongoing coating and finishing needs. The contract period will span three years. The scope of work requires the contractor to provide all materials necessary to complete the painting projects, including brushes, rags, stir sticks, and other painting supplies. The contractor must supply specialized equipment that is not used in the regular course of painting services. Additionally, the contractor must supply paint, varnishes, or other coating products that meet agency specifications regarding color, type, grade, or manufacturer. The agency reserves the right to supply the paint, varnish, or other coating products and retains final approval of all color selections. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. Performance of all painting work will take place onsite at the Florida facilities. The agency is currently looking for proposals to establish the budget and pricing for these services. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 29, 2026.
