Construction Materials Testing Services

The City of Temple, Texas is seeking an independent third-party vendor to provide construction materials testing and related inspection services on an as-needed basis. The agency requires these services to support various municipal infrastructure and building projects, including roadway construction, water and wastewater utility installation, site development, and vertical construction. The selected provider will perform plasticity and proctor density testing, subgrade testing, aggregate hardness testing, and in-place density testing for subgrades and lime-treated subgrades. The agency limits eligibility to onshore United States organizations. The designated provider must perform all testing and inspection work onsite within the local jurisdiction.
