Repositioning Legal Services

The Pineville Housing Authority is seeking legal services to reposition public housing properties through RAD/Section 18 Blends and the closeout of the public housing program. The agency requires assistance in drafting necessary documents for tax credit transactions, such as Sponsor Loan documents, Ground Lease, Declaration of Restricted Covenants, and HAP contracts. The project also covers drafting, negotiating, and evaluating various agreements, including a Master Development Agreement, financing agreements, Limited Partnership Agreements, Payment in Lieu of Taxes, and a Property Management Agreement.
