Impact Fees Financial Audit Services

The City of McKinney, Texas, is seeking a qualified United States-based organization to perform a comprehensive financial audit of its impact fees. The agency needs to verify and account for the exact amount of funds collected, the interest accumulated, and the unspent balances of funds collected, with all data categorized by specific service area. Additionally, the audit must identify proposed capital improvements by service area that have not yet been constructed. The selected vendor will also review and verify the accuracy of applied credits, waived impact fees, requested refunds, and fees already refunded. The agency is requesting that all project work be performed offsite. Bidders must submit any questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 30, 2026.
