Internet Point and Insurance Reduction Program Monitoring Services

The Department of Motor Vehicles is seeking a vendor to develop, implement, and administer a program for monitoring accident prevention courses delivered via alternative delivery methods, such as the internet. This program will monitor the activities of these courses. The agency requires twelve English online courses and one Spanish online course to be included in the monitoring program. The contract period will be for three years. Bidders must be an onshore organization located within the USA. Performance of the work will be onsite. All questions regarding this IFB must be submitted no later than June 29, 2026. The IFB issue date is June 15, 2026, and bids are due by August 4, 2026, at 2:30 pm ET. The agency is looking for proposals and has not specified a budget. Responses can be submitted digitally via email or online.
