A Washington-based government authority is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive engineering services for its district facilities and wastewater infrastructure. The agency needs to solve ongoing operational, development, and maintenance challenges by securing specialized technical support across multiple engineering disciplines. The scope of work covers sewer utility design, outside agency permitting support, bid advertisement, and construction and contract management support. The selected vendor will perform land surveying, including topographical surveys, legal descriptions, GIS plotting of district assets, and construction staking. The agency also requires process control and electrical plan review and design, landscape architecture, structural engineering support for new or upgraded facilities, and civil plan reviews for new developments with a focus on sanitary sewers. Additional responsibilities include construction project cost estimation, geotechnical engineering services, environmental studies, site evaluations, and other engineering reports. The project further requests specialty construction inspections, acceptance testing support, equipment procurement support, and collection system and plant capacity data collection and modeling analysis. The vendor must also provide wastewater treatment plant process improvement recommendations and performance measurements. The agency requires all work to be performed onsite, and eligibility is strictly limited to onshore United States organizations. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or online, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to establish the budget and pricing structure.
